EXTENDED VACANCY: Field officer to support producers’ organization in cooperatives
Under the SuperWe Coffee project, Haliéus is searching for a field officer to support the producers' oranizations in cooperatives in Lao PDR.
Background
The Project, Sustainable Production and Ethic Responsible & Women Empowered Coffee value chain, aims to develop and adopt a more resource-efficient, gender inclusive and climate change resilient production in Lao PDR and increase its integration in a greener global value chain as specialty coffee market. The project is implemented by CARE France in partnership with Haliéus, CARE Laos, ICA Asia-Pacific and the training structure 4Form, includes ITC ILO as Associate alongside with Fairtrade Italy, and it started on the 1stMarch 2022 and it will last 48 months.
In this context, Haliéus needs to identify a field officer in charge of supporting the organization of the coffee producers, especially facilitating the creation and improvement of cooperatives in the sector and boosting the networking among cooperatives.
Details
The duty place will be at Care Laos office in Sekong, Lao PDR. The duration of the collaboration, as a full time work contract, should start from March 2023 until March 2026.
