Haliéus works primarily in direct partnership with cooperative enterprises and their representative organizations through the International Cooperative Alliance network. In the implementation of the projects Haliéus mainly mobilizes and enhances the skills and expertise of the Italian cooperative enterprises associated to Legacoop.
In addition, Haliéus works in synergy with the other actors of the cooperation that, sharing common values, can complement the competences necessary for the realization of the interventions, such as Universities, International Organizations, Local Authorities, enterprises and Civil Society Organizations.
