Graduated in “Work and organizazional psychology”, she is responsible of project management, innovation and training and cooperative startup in Legacoop Puglia since 2012. She partecipated and managed several local and international cooperation projects.

Coordinator of Generazioni Legacoop, the network of young cooperators, from 2017 to 2022, she has been an active member of Young European Cooperators Network. She had been member of the national board of Legacoop for the same period.

Since its establishment in 2019 she has been board member of Pico Foundation, the digital innovation hub of Legacoop, and of Barberini Foundation since 2021.

Since october 2021 she has been Vice-president of Cooperatives Europe, representing the Alliance of Italian Cooperatives.
